We have transferred our Mach3 program to a different computer and now our CNC is not communicating with the computer that we have transferred the software to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When you install an application like Mach3, you have to ensure that the corresponding drivers are also installed. For Mach3 it's not enough to simply copy the software. I believe you have to install the drivers for ports and machine recognition. Therefore, the full setup needs to be launched again to install the missing modules.
And just as I though, the Mach3 installs the drivers for the Parallel Port, as specified in the manual.
For the code to display properly you will need to make sure that you're loading TAP file and then you can use Load G-Code button and it will display correctly. That will work if you're trying to add a DXF file to the Post Processor in SheetCam to generate the G-Code.
The software features, like many other, a Help section from where you can get various details about the software (installed modules, update status, version info, etc). To obtain the version of your installed Mach3 application, go to Help > About.
Additionally, go to Start and type Programs then select Programs and Features. Locate Mach3 in the list and next to it will be the version of the program.
Additionally, you can right click the executable file and switch to Properties > Details.
I have a CNC machine that runs on Window xp platform using Mach3, but now I want to run it on Windows 10 and the seller refuses me to upgrade his machine by saying that Mach3 software can't perform well on higher version even Window 7 etc. Kindly let me know if this is correct or not.

The software works on Windows 7 and 8 and still it doesn't have support for 64bit architecture mode which means he is actually right. Being an application that has strict requirements, it's very likely possible that it won't run on Windows 10 no matter of the tweaks or compatibility mode applied.
I've checked the website for Mach3 and Windows 10 doesn't appear to be among the supported operating systems.
There are two situations when Mach3 can be installed:
Parallel port usage for machine control:
Desktop PC (Laptops are not supported) with at least one parallel port 32-bit version of Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 (64-bit versions will not work) 1Ghz CPU 512MB RAM Non-integrated Video Card with 32MB RAM(Large G-code files, especially 3D files will require a video card with 512MB RAM or higher)
External motion device for machine control.
An appropriate external motion controller (options can be found on the Plugins page) Desktop or Laptop with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 1Ghz CPU 512MB RAM Video Card with 32MB RAM(Large G-code files, especially 3D files will require a video card with 512MB RAM or higher)
Is the actual version of your software in available for 64 bits processor and USB interface ? Thank's
Yes, the Mach3 software is available for 64-bit processors and with a USB interface.
Sure, Mach3 should run on Windows 7-64 without any issues.
